RETURN / REFUND POLICY

INK OF A PEN LLC ("INK OF A PEN LLC," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from INKOFAPEN.COM.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules for returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective products, and incorrect orders for purchases made through our Website.

INK OF A PEN is the music artist stage name associated with INK OF A PEN LLC.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the 30-day return period and follow the return instructions we provide.

Items returned after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless required by applicable law.

2. MERCHANDISE RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Physical merchandise, including T-shirts, shirts, caps, apparel, and accessories, must be:

Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use
Returned with original tags or packaging where applicable

We reserve the right to decline a return if an item does not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law.

3. CD RETURNS

CDs may be returned only if they are unopened and in their original condition.

Opened CDs are not eligible for return unless the CD is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

4. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible merchandise, including exchanges for a different:

Size
Color
Eligible product variation

The replacement item must be available in inventory.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available option or provide a refund where appropriate.

Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return period.

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue.

If the product is determined to be defective or damaged, INK OF A PEN LLC will provide a replacement at no additional charge, subject to product availability.

If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. INCORRECT ITEMS

If we send you the wrong product, size, color, or other item that does not match your order, please contact us.

After confirming the error, INK OF A PEN LLC will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

We will then provide the correct item, subject to availability.

If the correct item is unavailable, we may provide a refund or another appropriate remedy.

7. CUSTOMER-REQUESTED RETURNS

For a return that is not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The original shipping charge, if any, may not be refundable for a customer-requested return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

9. EXCHANGES AND PRICE DIFFERENCES

If you request an exchange for an item of a different price, we may need to collect or refund the difference, as applicable.

Any additional payment required for an exchange will be processed through the available payment method.

If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the applicable difference where appropriate.

10. SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

INK OF A PEN LLC does not currently designate products as final sale solely because they are discounted or promotional items.

Eligible merchandise remains subject to this Return & Refund Policy unless a specific product listing clearly states otherwise and such restriction is permitted by applicable law.

Product name
Reason for the return or exchange
Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
For exchanges, your requested size, color, or other variation

Please do not send merchandise back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

12. RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible customer-requested returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.

For products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, INK OF A PEN LLC will provide return-shipping instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned without following our return instructions.

13. LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS

Customers should use a shipping method that provides tracking when returning merchandise.

INK OF A PEN LLC is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipping when the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

14. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the United States may be responsible for costs associated with returning merchandise internationally, except where INK OF A PEN LLC is responsible for the return because the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

International customers may also be responsible for customs-related requirements or fees associated with returning products.

15. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

Opened CDs cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Used, worn, washed, or damaged merchandise that does not meet our return requirements may not be eligible for return.
Items returned outside the 30-day return period may not be eligible.

We will evaluate returns in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
